How do I get a volunteer hours form signed?

If that is not sufficient, you can submit a request via this form to have your volunteer hours verified. You can request to verify your hours through:
a. A specific form that requires a Schoolhouse signature
b. An official Schoolhouse document.
c. An external platform submission (such as x2Vol)
